ChuckFit WOD 7/15/2015 — Indoor Triathlon

This is a favorite, summer WOD of mine.

AM/Base:
100 push-ups
30 dips
5 x 7.5# wrist rollers–both directions

Main workout, Indoor Tri:
2k erg
12 mile stationary bike
5k (3.1 mile) treadmill run
