Today’s Workout of the Day is a little torture session I call “Disasterpieces”. It is mandatory to listen to Slipknot while attempting this..
For time:
5 muscle-ups
30 dips
30 push-ups
15 pull-ups
10 pistol squats (5 each leg. Since my left knee is shot, I do 10 on the right.)
15 second hand-stand
5 muscle-ups
Use assistance where required.
