Chuck-Fit WOD 8/6/2015 — Easy Cardio Day

Hey Gang!

Easy cardio WOD, again right from the Concept2 Workout of the Day.

AM/Base:
100 push-ups
30 dips
5 x 7.5# wrist rollers–both directions
10 pull-ups

Main Workout:
5 x 1500m / 2 min easy
Row five 1500 meter pieces. Row for two minutes at light pressure between each 1500.

Alternative:
30 minute pace run. 8-10 min./mile
