Hey Gang!
I need a goal! It’s been a year since I’ve had my knee replacement surgery and I have not gotten back into fitness near as much as I should be at this point.
My knee is fine–definitely better than it was before. It is no longer an excuse for slacking in my workouts. Now, I’ve always worked hardest when I’ve had a challenging goal to strive for. I’ve never been able to make aesthetic goals work–and that’s just me. I need a challenging performance goal. I came up with this routine last rowing season and it was tabled as being too tough. This is the ultimate rower’s fitness test. It requires balanced, explosive core strength, balance, cardio vascular endurance, and muscle endurance. My goal is to complete this on January 11, 2016, the first day of spring season.
