Here is today’s workout of the day (WOD).
AM/Base:
100 Push-ups
30 Dips
10 Pull-ups
5 Wrist rollers both directions
Main workout:
45 minutes of cardio at maximum effort.
Ideally, I’d like to see a 45 min. erg or garage run.
