Today is a good, long cardio WOD.
AM/Base:
100 push-ups
30 dips
5 x 7.5# wrist rollers–both directions
10 pull-ups
Main workout:
10 minute stretch and warm-up
60 minutes cardio of your choice or 15k erg
Start practicing doing handstands. Use the techniques in the attached video. Arms up, forward lunge and kick up with your back leg. Start with your back to the wall.
