Today’s WOD is more torture from the WA Rowing Club’s Top 10 Most Painful Ergs.

40 minutes of 40 seconds on, 20 seconds off.

100 push-ups
30 dips
5 x 7.5# wrist rollers each direction
5 muscle-ups with 5 bar raises at the top of each.

    • Wow! Thank you! Yes, I’d love to have a visor signed by Hannah Vermeersh. There are some great workouts in that list and I’ll be adding them to the regular rotation. I’ll probably redo Amy as well because my knee started acting up in the last 10 minutes. I’ll send my address when I’m done. Again, thank you so much!
