Today’s WOD posted a great erg workout!

100 push-ups
30 dips
5 x 7.5# wrist rollers–both directions

The Vomit Session
Erg 1000m at -5, four minutes rest
Erg 2 x 500m at -10, with two minutes rest between
Erg 2 x 240m at –15, with one minute rest
